5/1 Had horrible allergies today, woke up feeling awful. Keller let me sleep until10:45…oops! Spent the rest of the day on a palate of pillows and blankets on our living room floor watching movies.
Went on a 2.5 mile leisurely walk with Keller and Cole, wasn’t planning on going that far, but it was such nice weather outside we just kept walking.

Total points = 28

Brunch: 1C flaxseed cereal, 1/2C rice chex (not enough milk to count) and clementine…6pts

Snack: had 5…5pts

Snack: green smoothie and greek yogurt w/1 cashew cluster…5pts

Dinner: 4.5oz of pork, 1/2C brown rice, broccoli, fruit…7pts

Snack: 1/2C SBC…5pts
