Spent the day working 9-5…that sucked. Was planning on getting up early to go running, but was up late packing and then heard the news about Osama so we didn’t go to bed until after 1am. Oh well. Weigh-in day…stayed the same as last week. No loss, no gain…mixed feelings about this. Not happy because last week I was up 1.4 and so I really wanted to lose at least what I gained, however, at least I didn’t gain more?? It’s a process, it’s a process, hee hee whoo whooo…

Breakfast: combo cereal again 6pts

Snack: green smoothie w/8 almonds 1pt

Lunch: famous turkey, avocado and jam sandwich w/carrots 5pts

Snack: 2 licorice 2pts

Dinner: protein bar in the car on the way to Dallas 5pts

Snack: still in car 3 handfuls of popcorn 4pts

Snack: yes, still in car, WW sample 2pts (theses were good!)

Snack: nope, not in car anymore 3pts
