Not feeling very good today, I’ve got a sinus infection…awesome!

Pre-workout: half shake/half cup steel cut oatmeal 5pts

Breakfast: 1/4 protein shake, GF waffle w/1TBS PB 8pts

Snack:

Snack: pita w/1TBS hummus 3pts

Dinner: 1c chicken noodle soup, sourdough toast, fruit 4pts

Dessert: leftover Froyo 3pts
