30 min run…could barely breathe…awesome

Breakfast: greek yogurt, fruit, cashew cluster 5pts

Lunch: 5pts

Snack: 0 (hummus was gross, only had a small bit on my carrot)

Snack: 0

Dinner: 10pts (before rolled up)

After

Snack…made the mistake of making cookies…ate one cookie in dough, and 2 or 3 cooked 15pts
