Today was a weird day…Cole and I didn’t wake up until 8:30 and then we got ready and headed straight over to the YMCA for a spin class…kicked my butt!! I didn’t get home until 11 so I didn’t have breakfast until then.
Today was also my weekly weigh-in…I gained 3 pounds. Awesome! Well, we all know why, don’t we? I’ve decided I’m on detox this week. I love Weight Watchers and I’m enjoying the freedom I feel when I’m on it. But I’ve had a little too much freedom the last couple weeks. It’s time to reel it in. I’m going hardcore until I can fit into my pants and still breathe. I’ll still be counting points, but I’m limiting my food choices. I need a boost to keep me motivated. I’m also giving up diet soda…I’ve been drinking way too much lately, likely causing my headaches I have every day. The last couple weeks I’ve had a crystal light energy, 3-6 Excedrin, and multiple diet sodas in one day. A little much…so today was my first day, I had a CLE, but no Excedrin and no diet soda. However, I did have an awful headache, that will probably be the case for the next week at least.

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
