Made it through another day without Excedrin or a diet soda. Had a CLE (crsytal light energy)…pretty sure I would have died without it. Worked out with David today and sweat my butt off!
I’m leaving tomorrow for San Antonio to meet up with my hubby and spend the weekend with friends. I’m a little worried. I want so badly to stick with how I’ve been eating. I feel so much better. The one incentive I do have is that I signed up for a Biggest Loser competition at my work and I really want to win…so that will be just another reason for me not to stray.

Pre-workout:

Breakfast: was meeting David at Chic-fil-a so Cole could play while we chatted, so I stopped by My Fit Foods and grabbed a steel-cut oatmeal (it had blueberrie, walnuts-which I picked off, and a drizzle of agave nectar) and a carb advantage protein shake…all were delish…8pts

Lunch: turkey and green smoothie 3pts

Snack: protein shake and 1/2 apple w/PB (shared with Cole, my share was on the right)

Dinner: turkey burger, broccoli, and salad 6pts

Snack: 1/4C almonds, 1/2 apple

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
