Weird day…worked out with David and it was the worst workout ever…I felt so weak and was complaining the whole time. He was finally sick of my whining and was done with me after only one set. So I really only worked out with him for about 15-20min and then I went to the elliptical and did 25min on that.

I also did not realize until dinner that I had only eaten 14 points all day and had to try and cram in extra points. No wonder I felt like sleeping all day!

Breakfast: 3

Snack: 5

Snack: 1 (leftovers)

Lunch: half PB sandwich w/green (purple because of black and blue berries) smoothie 5pts

Dinner: tortilla, 4oz chicken, peppers, 1/2C black beans, 1/8C cheese, avocado, pico

Snack: 1
