Freaking Keller….

Breakfast at one of our fav restaurants Kerbey Lane: egg white Harvest omelet with wheat toast, one bite of Keller’s french toast, and about 6 bites of Cole’s pancake 15pts

Post-workout/Lunch: green smoothie w/greek yogurt and 1/2pita (more like1/3) w/hummus 4pts

Dinner: Mock cafe rio (tortilla, chicken, 3TBS rice and black beans, pico, lettuce, 1TBS cilantro dressing) 3 chips w/guac 12pts

Snack: apple w/1TBS PB 3pts

More snack: 1 dove 1pt

Still eating…Snack: 1/2C freaking blue bell 5pts

And finally….Snack: 2C all natural kettle corn 3pts
