5/23 Total points = 24 (I didn’t mean to eat that low amount of points, it was just a busy day)

Back on track…hubby is gone…I have pants that need fittin’ into!
Ran 4 miles this morning, first time in awhile and my stomach let me know. I was sick almost all day.

Breakfast: 6pts (on the way to the airport)

Snack: banana and some apple slices at Cole’s playdate

Lunch: 3pts (in the car on the way to see my chiro)

Snack: 5 (on the way home from chiro)

Dinner: kind of random but good-faux lasagna w/proscuitto 7pts

Snack: 3 (after work at 10:30pm while in the bathtub!)
