40 minute run with the Graze Craze gals!
Had such a fun weekend with my chicky’s.  They keep me sane.  I cannot even begin to explain what an amazing support they are to me and how much they help me.  This WW program is such a process for me because I’m having to retrain my brain how to think about eating and exercising.  
I should be asleep right now, I came home and crashed on my bed about 8 and then of course woke up thinking that it was probably 1 or 2 in the morning and it was 9:30pm.  So I took some Melatonin and decided I would post before it kicks in.
Breakfast: 6
 Snack in the car: 5
Snack: 12 mixed nuts from Costco and a banana 5pts

Dinner: Chipotle 6 chips, burrito bowl w/ rice, beans, chicken, fajita veggies,  pico, lettuce, and 1/4C guac oh and a bite of Cole’s kids quesadilla 12pts
 Snack: 0
Snack: 1
