Good day…got a lot done, worked, Cole had school and taekwondo so it was busy.  Went to a WW mtg, cause mine is usually Monday’s and I missed last week’s so I didn’t want to miss 2 in a row.  I had gained 1.6 from 2 weeks ago…so not too bad considering.  Was going to do yoga, but by 5 I was soo tired I just wanted to go to bed.  Also had a really bad headache today = 4 Excedrin 😉

 Breakfast: 7
 Lunch: green smoothie w/greek yogurt and pita w/1TBS hummus 6pts
Snack: 5
 Dinner: 7pts
 Snack: 3 (Dreyer’s yogurt blends, peach)
