Today was a good day…got up and worked out with Debbie Siebers (I’ve decided this week is battle of the workout DVD stars, so good luck Tony, Jillian, and Debbie).  Debbie kicked my butt today.  I haven’t done Slim in 6 in like 2 years.  I forgot how much I like it.  Then Cole and I got our bronze on at the pool, went to Costco, and then came home for a nap.

Struggle of the last couple days…I find myself very hungry at night like right after dinner.  I can’t get satisfied with just dinner, I have to have a snack shortly after.  I’m fine during the day so I don’t know if it’s an accumulation of not enough food up to that point, or if I’m not eating enough power foods, or what, but it’s frustrating cause my brain knows I just ate, but I don’t feel full.

Snack at Costco 1 (didn’t eat this whole picture, just 4 nuts)
A delicious dinner!  Turkey burger on half a sandwich thin, with half a slice of cheese and butternut squash fries. 7pts
Snack right after dinner mango and a new find at Costco dark chocolate granola thins- 2
Work snack 3 (worked until 11 bleh)

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
