Lazy day…could not get out of bed this morning I was so tired.  Cole and I hung out at the pool and then came back and I did P90X Core Synergistics.  As far as the battle of the DVD workout stars goes…Debbie burned more calories, but Tony used more weights.  We’ll see if I’m more sore from Tony then I feel from Debbie, plus Jillian will step in on the action tomorrow.  Stay tuned…

Breakfast: protein pancake w/agave nectar 7 (gave it a 7 because I doubled the batch so my son Cole could try them and I’m pretty sure mine had more, plus a point for the agave)
 Pre-P90X: 5
 Post-P90X: protein shake 3, green smoothie 0
Dinner: leftover enchilada 10 (Cole swiped my avocado…swiper no swiping!)
 Snack: butternut squash fries 0
Snack: 4 (some people like cookies and milk, I like cookies and COKE)
Snack: worked until 11 and was starving had to have something! 0

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
