Kind of a weird Sunday…had some friends in town from Houston that wanted to meet for breakfast so of course we had to go to my favorite downtown Austin favorite, Magnolia Cafe.  Then to church.  After church my husband’s parents invited Cole and I to go to dinner with Grandaddy so we went with them to Chuy’s.  So between the two of these places my points were pretty much gone!

Breakfast: egg whites omelet w/turkey, veggies, cheese (took most of it out) and salsa, one piece of toast w/butter, banana, and a bite of Cole’s pancake  (not a great pic cause I was trying to be really inconspicuous with my taking a picture of my food)  8pts
 Snack: 0
Pre-dinner: this was the first serving (about 12 chips), had closer to 2 servings with a couple dips of green sauce 8pts
Dinner: Chuy’s Special- blue corn tortillas, hand pulled chicken, verde salsa, cheese (took off the top tortilla so I only ate 2 not 3, asked for light cheese, had 3 fork dips of sour cream-maybe like 3tsp, and had one tine bite of the rice and beans)  10pts
 Snack: 3

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
