Flew to Utah today…two weeks on vacay with my fam…excited to incorporate my fun new recipe finds with them.  Workout- Jillian Michaels 30-day shred level 3 and the first 2 circuits of level 2…was completely spent!!

Breakfast: my love 6
 Snack: 4
Lunch: shared a turkey sub on wheat w/Cole, only had veggies, bread, turkey and a slight spread of guac, also a green smoothie (didn’t have my blender in my carry-on so I settled for this, it point tracked at 4 points, but I took away 1 to compensate for the carbs from the veggies)  6+3=9

Dinner: I call this a Costco dinner…Rotissere chicken (about 2-3oz), fruit, salad, pita, 1TBS hummus  8pts
 Snack: 3
