Today was a long day…I was super tired from being up late last night. Felt a little snacky but really tried to combat it by snacking on fruit and veggies instead of the cookies, candy, and chips that were all staring at me in the face. I felt more snacky than usual today and I think it was because I didn’t have a substantial snack before dinner and dinner took longer than expected to make. I really need to go find my Balance bars…I think that would have saved me. Went on a walk with my sister and a friend though so at least I burned some of what I ate!
Snack: at church had 2 pretzel M&M’s in Sacrament and then 2 licorice and 1 Hershey’s kiss in Relief Society
Lunch: 1/2 bagel, 2oz tukey, spread of CC, veggies
After lunch: this cookie+a smaller one while cooking dinner
Walked “the hill” with a friend…came home and made a green smoothie
Dinner: maple glazed pork loin, roasted potato (I had 1) and butternut squash, strawberry salad, fruit
Dessert: WW brownie muffins (it’s chocolate cake mix with pumpkin) I didn’t love these, but everyone else in my family did!
And that didn’t stop me from having 1 1/2
Still couldn’t get satisfied…the muffins didn’t do it for me…so I proceeded to have 2 peanut butter M&M’s, 2 dark chocolate covered pretzels, and a bag of popcorn
