Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 whites, sourdough toast with spread of butter and jam 7pts

Snack: clementine and nuts 5pts

Lunch: turkey and hummus roll-up in lavash with carrots 5pts

Snack: green smoothie 0pts

Dinner: 1C taco soup, sprinkle of LF cheese, 5 pieces avocado, half of Cole’s toast he didn’t want 8pts

Snack: 1 Bliss dark chocolate, apple and 1TBS NPB 4pts
