Up at 6 after a spectacular cousin sleepover night…ugh…so tired!! Ran 45 minutes intervals.
Having an issue this week…I eat really well all day and then get to the end of the night and go into a snacking craze. I’ve already had all my extra points for the week, I still have some exercise points left so not totally lost but still. I’m trying to be strong…I feel like I have done a lot better this trip compared to any of my past trips, but I’m having a hard time this week getting back on track. I still have 6 more days here and a weekend filled with activities and food! I know in the long run this is just a short time, but I still want to be strong because I know I can be.
PS I’m stuffing pretzel M&M’s in my mouth while writing this…just to give you all a visual! 😉
