Back on track!  I made my niece do my Slim in 6 video with me…I think she hates me now.  My brother wanted to go to Cafe Rio for lunch so I figured after my high point week last week, I definitely needed some activity points!  Then my friend Taryn wanted to walk the hill…or so I thought…as it turned out she wanted to take me on a 2.5 hour hike up “cardiac hill”.  It’s named cardiac hill (more like cardiac mountain), because it’s very likely you could go into cardiac arrest walking up this thing!!

Snack: 0
Lunch: Cafe Rio chicken salad and chips w/ queso (shared all and didn’t finish)
 Snack: homemade caramel covered marshmellow, with a square of Hershey’s

Forgot to take my phone on the walk and I was so bummed because the view was incredible from the top…so instead I took a picture this morning looking up at cardiac hill (right in the middle where it looks like a big tree, that’s where we were)

Dinner: flank steak stir-fry, 1/2C rice
 Snack: my niece made cookies
