Just the 3 of us again! YAY!! We were all so worn out today there was no working out happening. It was a workout just to function today.
Breakfast: at our one of usual’s…eggwhite Harvest omelet (basically veggie w/ a little cheese and avocado), 1 piece sourdough toast and fruit
Put the boys down for a nap and met up with a friend that came in town from San Antonio for lunch at Cheesecake Factory…(it helped going there with her because she’s on a crazy strict diet, so I almost felt bad eating one tiny piece of bread and having grilled fish tacos)
(I tried to google nutrition facts for these and could only come up with calories, fat, and carb content, so I kind of guesstimated off of that…only ate 3 and didn’t touch the creamy sauce)
Dinner: snacked on watermelon as I was cutting it up before dinner, turkey burger on 1/2 sandwich thin topped w/.5 ounce of feta, spinach, red onion, tomato, and tiny slice of avocado (realized just now I had avocado at all 3 of my meals, although in total it probably added up to less than 1/4 of a whole avocado, I just thought it was funny) along with butternut squash fries (still can’t get them crispy enough LEXY!!)
Also would like to note here that Keller said this was the best sandwich he’s ever had…and I just made it up!!
Snack: small peach (no pic) and 1 WW oatmeal cookie
