Woke up today and could barely walk…after my workout yesterday my legs felt like someone had run over them with a truck!  But that didn’t stop me from going to hot yoga again.  I thought I was going to the fire class this time, but it ended up being the same type of class Keller and I went to yesterday (the Earth class).  I didn’t like the teacher today as much as I did the teacher from yesterday…different style and this class had more balancing poses then I wanted…I could barely balance on 2 feet as it was today!

Pre-yoga: 1 (had half of what is pictured)
Came home and made my favorite…ate it while watching another My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, I’m now officially addicted as is Keller!
Took a drive to the lake (had to drive around a little until we could find a place that actually had water…it’s sad how low it is!)
5 (also had watermelon no pic)
Decided to continue the day of fun by taking Cole to see a Cars 2
Pre-movie snack: 3
During movie snack: brought my favorite Kettlecorn to share…lost count of how many handfuls I had
Moms Night Out at Whole Foods Downtown…sat out on the plaza, it was fabulous
Salad bar spring mix with pinch of feta and pecans, grapes, and FF balsalmic…about 3oz rotissierre chicken breast, 1/4 of a ciabatta roll with 1/2TSB butter, and about 6 bites of different desserts (we all shared)

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
