Didn’t think I was going to make it through my planned workouts today…but it turned out it was just what I needed.  I have been pounding my legs this week in workouts with the Keller leg workout and yoga.  Today my favorite spin teacher was teaching plus I still wanted to try the Fire yoga class so since Cole was in school…what else did we have to do??  So I went to the spin class at 9:30…Keller did a separate workout (that boy can’t burn too many calories or he’s not happy).  My legs were really sore and very tight, but they quickly loosened up with the cycling.  And then we went straight to the Fire yoga class.  So this is what we found out was the difference between the Earth and Fire class.  We both thought that the Earth class was harder…it’s a more Power Yoga vinyasa flow style yoga with constant movement and holding poses.  The Fire class although still challenging was done at a more moderate pace with more rests just in a HOTTER room…about 9 degrees hotter.  I think I prefer the Earth class, but like that I have the option to choose, plus they have 3 other style classes that I have yet to try!

Lunch: went to Whole Foods and got a wrap (spinach tortilla, chicken, spinach, tomato, cucumber, avocado, onions, and basil pesto on the side-ate half the wrap and then 3 bites of the other half before Keller finished it off) and fruit

Costco bite of greek frozen yogurt bars….SOOOO GOOD…didn’t take a pic, but I bought a box of them so I’ll take one tomorrow.  They are only 2 points so I’m counting half a point for my taste test.

Dinner: went out to dinner with Keller’s cousin that was driving through town and the rest of the family at this delicious Thai food restaurant…so my PPV is a guesstimation based off the WW online tools

started out with about 3/4C of edamame, 1 spring roll, 1 small shrimp dumpling…
 salad with rice noodles and peanut dressing (tried to get as much as possible w/o dressing)
 4 pieces of sushi (only 1 had a tiny peice of fried shrimp) 3 bites of Cole’s rice noodles
 about 3/4C of chicken pad thai
Cole loved eating this only because he could eat it with chopsticks!
 one bite about 1TSB of basil fried rice w/pork…this was literally to die for!
 Stomach was a little questionable on the way home…I don’t usually do well this any kind of Asian food anyway, but especially since my diet has been pretty clean for the last couple weeks I think my stomach was like “what the???”
