Rest day

Spent the day working and then hanging out at the pool with the boys.  I didn’t really feel like I needed to take a rest day, but I’m sure my body will be happy I did.

Breakfast: 6
Lunch: turkey and avocado sandwich w/carrots
Snack: on the way to the pool
Snack: couple handfuls of these
Dinner: was too tired to cook…Chipotle burrito bowl chicken, rice, black beans (didn’t eat all the r&b), fajita veggies, pico, lettuce, guac
and about 15 of these
Snack: 1/2C SBBC
