I love that song! So grateful to my husband, brother-in-law and all the other men and women serving in our armed forces today that give their lives so that we can live in this beautiful free country!
Started the day out right…at the gym…spin class and then did another 20 min on the ARC trainer. Came home had some breakfast, went to the pool, ate lunch, took a nap, ate dinner, worked. All in all a pretty good day!

Lunch: turkey, hummus, and veggie pita sandwich with some more veggies and hummus on the side

It seemed a little unAmerican to eat enchiladas on the 4th of July, but oh well…they were delicious! Leftovers from last night.
