Busy day…took Cole to school, went to WW mtg, worked, Cole to taekwondo, pick up baby sitter, me to yoga, home, dinner, bath, work again, and now it’s 11:30!!

Breakfast: after my weigh-in, during the meeting…lost 1.2 (see separate post for details on my weigh in)

Decided to copy Lexy…I’m going to take a pic of myself at the first meeting of every month

Lunch: pita, hummus, turkey, veggies, light ranch

60 minutes Hot Yoga Earth class…energetic paced flow yoga
Post-workout: (half water/half 1% milk)

 Dinner: Leftovers AGAIN, these are good don’t get me wrong, but remind me to freeze half of them next time!

When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
