10 minutes of yoga

Lost all my pictures from diet snaps today because I had to reboot my phone so I had to re-create my day with pics from other days.

Breakfast: banana, wheat toast w/1TBS NPB and jam 5pts

Snack: clementine

Lunch: turkey, hummus, and avocado roll-up (no carrots as pictured) w/green smoothie 5pts

Snack: Balanace bar 5pts

Dinner: 3oz chicken, broccoli, 1/2C rice, salad 8pts

Snack: greek yogurt w/cashew clusters 5pts
