Total points: 49!!!
Activity: 20

Crazy day…spin class, clean house, pick up Cole, taekwondo, dinner for Cole, 90 min yoga, Cole bath bed, dinner for me and ended the day with Blue Bell and So You Think You Can Dance!!

Pre-spin: 5
Post-spin: hydrate!!!
 and don’t forget the protein!
Spent the next two hours cleaning my house…worked up a sweat!
Was craving some protein pancakes and there wasn’t enough cottage cheese leftover for 1 serving for tomorrow, so I just made 1.5 for today.
Snack during Cole’s taekwondo
Was planning on going to a 90 minute hot yoga this evening and needed another snack to sustain me through the class.  Plus if I hadn’t eaten, I would have gone almost 4.5 hours between meals.
Also, I’m not trying to work out twice a day…today was unique because Keller wanted me to go to the gym this morning and my favorite spin teacher was teaching.  Also, today was my last day of my 10 days of hot yoga for $10.  Plus I really wanted to try the Metal class which I hadn’t tried yet.
I’m going to make a separate post with more information on the difference between the Fire, Earth, and Metal class, in case anyone cares.
So far, this was the most challenging class (at least for the first 60 min)!
Post-yoga: hydrate and protein it up!
Dinner: BBQ chicken pita pizza...crockpotted some chicken with the famous Rudy’s BBQ sauce, made it nice to come home and have it was ready for me…added 1/2C of the chicken to a whole wheat pita, 1 slice of cheese, and some red onion…baked it on 450degrees until the cheese was melted and brown.
Added some veggies and some light ranch dip (I made my light ranch dip from Daisy’s light sour cream and a packet of Hidden Valley ranch dip…it’s 1 point for 2 TBS!!!)
And because I’m trying to eat all my activity points…I finished the night off with my fav 1/2C of Southern Blackberry Cobbler ice cream
Holy day of food Batman!  This eating all your activity points crap better freaking work! 😉

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
