Day off of workouts…ahhhh (this is a sigh not a scream)!

Low key day today…hubby had the day off so we just did some errands and hung out at the pool.  Some friends invited us to come with them to the Texas History museum where on Friday nights they have live music.  So we packed a picnic dinner and hung out in the heat listening to a pretty sweet vaudeville band. 

 Breakfast: 6
Snack: greek yogurt and 2 cashew clusters

Picnic Dinner: homemade chicken, apple and pecan salad on wheat bread w/ carrots, cucumbers and ranch dip
