Woke up and went for an Army workout at the gym with Keller.  He kicked my butt…it was awesome.  I’m pretty sure I will not be able to use my abs for a week.  We hung out most of the day and then Keller and I went to see Transformers at night.  It was awesome…we both kind of made ourselves sick on popcorn.  We’ve both come to notice that our bodies are much more sensitive to junk (sugar mostly).  We actually crave healthier foods.

 Lunch: leftover chicken salad on flatbread
 Dinner: at our fav place (Cole calls it rice and beans) burrito bowl, rice (PS they now have brown rice!!!), black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, pico, lettuce, guac, 12 chips, 2 bites of Cole’s quesadilla

 Snack at the movie…I literally took the measuring cup with me and Keller almost died!!
4 servings of popcorn (it started as 2, then 3, then 4….that’s what you get with a 2.5 hr movie), 2 gummy cherries, 2 pretzel M&M’s
