Breakfast: protein pancake w/agave nectar and fruit
Couldn’t make it through 3 hours of church today…was exhausted from not being able to sleep last night.
Pre-nap snack: apple w/PB and 1 WW oatmeal cookie
Slept for 3.5 hours…feel so much better!
Needed a snack while cooking dinner…
Dinner: flank steak, sweet potato fries (dollop of my ranch dip), green beans, and a berry spinach salad
Dessert: 1/2C SBBC!!
Was still kind of snacky, but out of points so I grabbed some cut up watermelon…and ate the entire bowl 😉
