Oh boy…our friends Dave and Danielle in town with their kids from San Antonio…did really awesome until dinner and then lost it.  I recognize that I haven’t had my supplements for over a week (this really affects me), I’m stressed, tired, have anxiety, feeling bad about myself…etc…all the things that usually contribute to me over eating.  I can only keep trying.  Moving on!

Breakfast: 6
Took Danielle to my hot yoga class…she was the one along with Lexy who got me into wanting to do hot yoga.
Let me just take a minute to recognize how amazing this chick is!  We both have hardcore husbands when it comes to working out, but her husband is also a Nazi dieter.  She challenged herself while the boys were in the Czech republic to do all she could to get to her goal.  Actually her and her huband were having a competition to see who could get more lean.  Since the end of May, she has lost 10 pounds and has just re-shaped her entire body.  She was hardcore.  Totally limited her carb intake, was exercising sometimes twice a day, and near the end stopped having any cheats.  She looks amazing and I hate her…and she will from now on be known as a skinny “b*&$%” (with all the love in the world of course!).  Talk about dedication and will power!
Post-yoga: 5
Snack: protein green smoothie (just added vanilla protein powder to my usual green smoothie)
Danielle and I headed over to our old gym The Hit Center so that she could get her body fat, RMR (resting heart rate to see how many calories your body burns on it’s own during a day), and VO2 Max (to find out the ideal heart rate range your body should be working out at) testing done…while we were there I got a text from our hubbies saying they had set up appointments for us after Danielle’s test.  So we grabbed a quick bite
Lunch: chicken gyro (pita, chicken, cucumber’s, tomato, onion, hummus)
Then we were sent to a massage place where not only did we get hour massages, but our hubbies also added on a fantastic foot scrub…it was heaven!
Dinner: cheat night for everyone!!  Mighty Fine Burgers
had 1/4lb burger, about 15 small fries, and 3 sips of chocolate shake
Snack: 4
Right about now…I start to lose it…feeling very down…just want to eat my feelings and so I continue to!
More snacks: sweet potato chips and hummus (no pic)
And then 3 dark chocolate covered pretzels
Insert hysterical call to Lexy here…
And then back to more snacks…
5 WW oatmeal cookies (they begged me to make them)
