Breakfast: GF waffle w/PB

Spent the rest of the day waiting around my house waiting to hear from the car repair shop.
Couldn’t stop thinking about the grilled cheese I had yesterday, had to have another one.  Oh and of course, tomato soup in 105 degree weather!
Lunch: wheat bread, cheese, 1C of red pepper tomato soup

Snack: needed some veggies and protein, green protein smoothie
Finally got my car back, with new back brakes, and made it to a 6pm spin class
Walking out of the spin class, a friend called me and invited me to dinner at Rudy’s BBQ, I couldn’t resist!
lean brisket sandwich, 1/3C cream corn, bite of sausage, and a couple bites of banana pudding
