Breakfast: GF waffle w/PB, 1C of oj
Snack: no pic, snacked on rice chex cereal
Lunch: one chicken enchilada verde, ate most of the rice, 2 bites of the beans
Snack: the second half of my yogurt parfait from yesterday
Got to take a much needed 2 hr nap
Dinner: Chipotle usual…chicken, rice, beans, peppers, pico, lettuce, guac
(wasn’t as hungry as usually, ate less than half)
Snack: totally random, really wanted some oatmeal! at 9pm!
