Date Night At The Gym

I prefer to work out first thing in the morning, but today that didn’t happen. I had every intention of walking out the door when the boys left for school, but I got busy doing some work and never made it to the gym. Lucky for me when my husband came home from work… he was totally willing to go with me. I love getting to go to the gym together. It rarely happens because our schedules are so opposite! There is something kind of krazy knowing your husband is on the treadmill directly behind you while you are climbing stairs….    😉

I worked out for an hour… 20 minutes each of elliptical, treadmill, and the stair climber. The longest 90 seconds of my life happened at the end of the stair climber portion… I set it up to level 10 and the stairs were moving much faster than I had anticipated. I was already pretty wiped out because of the first 58 minutes of cardio…. I really had to focus so I didn’t fall off the machine and completely embarrass myself!  +9 activity pts!

We ran by the store on the way home…
