I have been using the dietSNAPS app since the beginning of the year and I love it! It has changed my whole outlook on food. When I first started using the app, I started noticing that most of my foods were packaged and convenience type…. I didn’t see any color or variety! Now I find myself adding fruits and veggies! I’ve even learned to incorporate new veggies into my routine like butternut squash and spaghetti squash- I don’t think I would have made those changes if I had not SEEN the food I was eating through the use of this app. I highly recommend it to anyone!
