Oatmeal W/ Apples And Cinnamon

Easy Oatmeal With Fresh Apple & Cinnamon

i just follow the directions on the back of the box of oatmeal….
bring 1 cup of water to boil on high heat…
add 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats and turn down heat to medium…
set timer for 5 minutes…
cut up the apple… i peel the skin off and cut up chunks to add to the oatmeal while it’s simmering…
when the 5 minute timer beeps… pour into bowl
add a little sugar free syrup (1/8 cup is half a serving size) and a little cinnamon…
good to go!
