Egg Whites And Oatmeal

It really doesn’t get more simple than this breakfast idea…

My friend Sherry made this for breakfast over the weekend and it was very good!

You will need 1/2 cup of egg whites and a 1/4th cup of dry rolled oats. ┬áThat’s it!

Scramble them together until done!

She topped them with Frank’s Hot Sauce! (She normally slices fresh tomatoes on top, but didn’t have any on hand)
