So here I am at the end of week 1 on the 90-Day Challenge. If I’m being completely honest with myself… in regards to food, I could have done a much better job. I have been extremely busy and didn’t make the best choices. I have been feeling overwhelmed and BUSY to the 10th power!!! I need to catch up on sleep, but not sure when that is going to happen. I’m making a deal with myself at this very moment that as soon as I hit “publish”… I’m going to bed!
I need to get more organized with all of the new things that are happening. It’s a lot of good things, but I can tell that I will burn out quickly if I don’t manage my time and space better. I have been missing my boys… they each had scout camp back to back, so they didn’t see each other for 2 weeks!!! I was able to spend a little one on one time with Ty this week…. in between all of the craziness. Here is a a little video clip I put together.
A complete blur of working all day! Fun stuff! But just a blur….
1 hour track work out with the Tough Mudders!

I’ll start out by saying…. my day was NON STOP and I was not properly prepared!

Had an awesome 6.7 mile run this morning! That is always my favorite way to kick off the weekend! Today we were so happy because Kody was returning home from Scout camp and we would all be under the same roof again! This week, Kody turned 12!! His primary teacher from church dropped off a giant birthday card. It’s a tradition they do with all of the kids and I love it.
(vi shake w/spinach and blueberries, protein waffle w/blueberries, chickfila salad, vi shake in a bowl, 2 servings of half the fat ice cream, and tore in to the bag of chips and ate way to many … out of shear tiredness!)
I hope all of this made sense ….. because at this point my computer says….
