Let me rephrase, Green Berets love WeightWatchers COOKIES!! I made 3 dozen of the WW oatmeal cookies for Keller and his team…they were gone in less than 5 minutes.
Had a great day! Started off with a pre-workout snack of 1/2 banana and 1 tsp PB- 1pt
Got on my spin bike with my iPod and put myself through an awesome workout +8. Cruz was starving at the end of my workout (probably just watching me made him super hungry) so I had to think of something good and quick to have for a post-workout snack. This was the best I could come up with!
Chocolate milk is one of the best recovery drinks you can have after a workout. It’s the perfect combination of carbs, protein, and fat. It’s not my #1 choice since it’s 5pts, but it was better than having nothing. really need to go buy some protein!
Daddy requested another lunch with us, so we headed down to Salt Lake and met him at Cheesecake Factory.
Lunch: Skinnylicious Mexican Chicken Lettuce Wraps, 1 piece of brown bread, a few of Keller’s fries, 2 bites of Keller’s hamburger, and several bites of Cole’s mac and cheese (I figure I had about 1/2 cup) 12pts
Snacked on a few Haribo gummy bears 2pts
And 2 WW cookies- 5pts (no pic, 5 pts cause 1 of them was bigger then the usual serving size)
Dinner was a delicious Protein Pancake!! 6pts
Favorite thing of the day…lunch with my boys!
