Exciting dietSNAPS Announcement!

dietSNAPS is the iPhone App that we use to track our meals!  The new and improved dietSNAPS website is now up and running! Be sure to check out the success stories tab where you will see some familiar faces! :)  I can’t say enough good things about dietSNAPS…. it is the number one trick that helps me stay on track. With this app, I CANNOT hide from the pictures of my food!!!! It really keeps me HONEST about the food I eat, the colors on my plate, my portion, etc.!

Yesterday I was super busy like everyone else. I started out my day getting the boys out the door for school, then I headed over to my WW meeting. It was good as usual. I am starting to meet new people and it feels good knowing we are all striving for the same thing. Making lifestyle changes can seem difficult and I love the ideas and support that the WW meetings offer.  I have gone to other WW meetings in the past where I didn’t really participate and I sat on the back row and tried to blend in to the wall…. back then I thought the meetings were boring. I now realize that putting yourself out there, meeting new people, and sharing ideas not only helps others, but is key to helping yourself!

Thursday Fire Bites:

Protein Pancake W/ Blueberries – 5pts

WW Snack Freebie – 2pts (This was super good!!)

While out Christmas shopping, grabbed my favorite salad at Chick-Fil-A – 7pts

Running around all over town…. Zone Bar – 5pts

Turkey Chili W/ Spaghetti Squash & Spinach mixed in… – 5pts

And a Snickerdoodle to end the day – 4pts
