I have been feeling really good for the last few days. Last Friday, I got a much needed chiropractic/applied kinesiology treatment from my husband. I am so thankful for his profession…. it’s amazing how much better I feel! I’ve been focusing on taking the nutritional supplements that he recommended for me and I could really feel an improvement on my morning run. I just felt so much stronger… not as “run down” as I felt last week.
**7 mile run**
I went to my weekly Weight Watchers meeting. I weighed 137.8 lbs which is down .2 from last week…. still maintaining the same weight for almost a year now. I still can’t believe that!!!
My food for the day was not very well thought out…. I was pretty busy helping Carman and other friends prepare for an upcoming event at church. We went to Sam’s Club to buy the food/supplies and then later went up to the church to start setting up/decorating.
Fire Bites: Lots Of Junk Food…. don’t judge too harshly 😉
(protein bar @ww meeting, sweet tomatoes, spinach protein smoothie, frozen yogurt w/blueberries, a sweet treat from a friend that stopped by, chocolate oatmeal with bananas, protein bar, handful of sour patch worms, and our favorite Menchie’s frozen yogurt)
