First Pilates Class

Pilates was great! I had talked to the instructor before class to make sure she knew about my shoulder issue. It worked out good because she was able to let me know about modifications that I could do throughout the 1 hour class. It was tough working out different muscles and in a completely different format than what I have been doing. After class, Carman and I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes at a slow pace and low incline. Torry would be so proud of us for taking it easy!!! :)

Fire Bites for the day included guacamole added to my egg beaters w/ tomatoes, pico, and laughing cow cheese, spinach protein smoothie, half the fat ice cream, protein waffle with strawberries, protein bar, and zucchini boats.

On my way out the door for church tonight, I grabbed a handful of chips… really shouldn’t have, but it was the last few in the bag.

And now I’m munching on grapes before bedtime! :)

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
