Reporting my menu for the day…. I woke up this morning feeling extremely tired! I decided to take the day off from the gym. Zero activity points were earned but lots of veggies were consumed.
Pizza egg beaters with roasted veggies – 3 points
Green smoothie with chocolate protein powder and spinach – 2 points
Protein bar after my treatment at Torry’s office – 5 points
Sweet tomatoes while running errands and shopping in downtown – 0 points
Fiber one bar – 2 points
Cubed turkey, alfredo sauce, & pico over spaghetti squash – soooo good, love this combo! 4 points
Zone bar – 5 points
Carrots – 0 points
Whey protein fruit smoothie with flaxseed oil – 4 points
