Frozen Banana Soft Serve

Frozen Banana Soft Serve :)

best   ZeRo PoInT  snack ever!!!
i saw this idea on a couple of blogs several months ago…
earlier i had some bananas that were too mushy to eat….. so i threw them in a ziploc container and set them in the freezer.  i kind of forgot about them until about 15 minutes ago when i was wanting to eat “something” even though i should be in bed!
took me about 1 minute to blend them up…. i added 1 tsp of vanilla
and a squirt of fat free reddi whip!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but which Magic Bullet do you all have? I'm looking on line and didn't realize there were so many different versions!

I am new at weight watchers online. So all help is appreciated. I tried the banana soft serve. I added too much vanilla so it was a bit bitter. So I remixed with a little splenda and added fresh blue berries. Much better…. Thanks for your site. Love it

Hi Pam :) I’ve actually made it a few times and completely forgot to add vanilla… it wasn’t until I read your comment that I realized I’ve been leaving it out. You may try it w/o vanilla next time to see if that helps? Sounds like you saved the day with the splenda and blueberries though!
