HASU – Emotional/Stressed Out Eating

As soon as I read Carman’s post from 7/5 I felt a sudden urge for HASU!

Good morning my dear…. stand up…. go look in the mirror!!!  You look amazing, you have made so many healthy changes in your life over the past 4+ months!!!  And if you need a visual….

The HASU part of this post is that sometimes things happen in life that are definitely out of our control.  Your cousin and friend being in the hospital was completely unexpected.  You dropped everything on Sunday and were able to be there all day with them.  Think of how helpful/comforting that was for them!   And you were able to provide a place for your best friends to stay over night…. and you were able to bring your cousin home for a home cooked meal and shower to recharge!  You were in charge of a camp meeting for your daughter!  And you were “Mom of the Year” for bringing the kids over to play yesterday to visit with family…  And I’m sure you had other things going on that I don’t even know about…. 
The deal is…. you are doing great!  You made lots of healthy choices yesterday… and 1 donut is not gonna derail you or take away from all of your progress!!!  I hope you enjoyed every last bite of that donut because it’s totally okay for you to EAT it!  Just track it and move on….  
Smile!!!  :)  And in your own words….. “Keep on keepin’ on!!!!”  Love ya girl!

    I just LOVE you!!!!! You are awesome! ;)) Thank you! This makes my day and makes me smile everytime I read it. I LOVE having you girls as my support system–y'all have been lifesavers for me. Literally. I would have given up a long time ago if it weren't for y'all and your love and support. ;))
