Highlights From The Chaos!

SUMMER is a crazy time!!!! There is so many things going on and I am just gonna hit a few highlights from my week!

 

Wednesday:

In preparation for GIRLS CAMP, we practiced setting up a big tent! Combined with HEAT and HUMITY and MOSQUITOS… the girls were super happy about doing that! 😉

 

I was running around like a crazy fool that day and forgot to take pictures of everything I ate…. luckily, I was able to remember it and jotted it down before the end of the day… This is why taking pics with the dietSNAPS App is sooo important!!!  (Also worked out with Lisa today…. she is killer!)

 

Thursday:

Early morning track work out with my Tough Mudder training group followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical!

Went to my Weight Watchers meeting and weighed in “officially” for June…. nothing like waiting until the last week to get that done! 136.2 lbs.

Got to try out the TRX for the first time!

 

 

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a giant blue arrow! Carman’s girls had spent the night and had a little breakfast surprise for me upon my arrival home! She had made donuts!!!!!!! Love her!

No food pics this day…. started out with a vi shake and protein waffle…. then after the donuts… it turned into a cheat day. I did have a salad from ChickfilA, but also had popcorn at the movies! And I honestly can’t remember what else because I didn’t take pics…. several biscuits were eaten… Thx Jayde! 😉

 

Saturday:

Started the day with a 6 mile run!! :)

 

Dave made a video explaining the FUN of running in the heat of summer in Houston!

 

Nothing major on the calendar for Saturday… thank goodness! I was able to lay low around the house. I worked in the morning with Tammy and made a few phone calls…. then took a nap, watched TV with the boys, and went to bed! It has been such a BUSY month of June!!! I am looking forward to printing out a new BLANK calendar and starting all over again for JULY!!!

 

Is ANYONE else ready for JULY!?!?!?!? What are your goals!?!?
