Guess What??? I gave all of our Halloween Candy AWAY! I just couldn’t believe how much it bothered me not to be able to eat as much as I wanted. Rather than let that control my brain for the next few days, I just decided to get it all out of the house. The boys didn’t even care… thank goodness! I donated it to the church to be used for an upcoming activity. Yay!! So glad I don’t have to think about that anymore!!

My Fire Bites:
Started my day with a whey protein fruit smoothie – 2 pts (Similar to THIS but with whey protein powder instead of greek yogurt)
Then headed up to the gym for some cardio…. Did about 15 minutes of this treadmill interval work out until I met up with Carman… We then did 30 mins on the bike and 30 mins on the elliptical… Worked up a good sweat!
Had this little 2 pt snack…
Yes, still working on the good stuff! 6 pts
Turkey chili with spinach and covered in pico… 5 pts (Click HERE for another way to make the Turkey Chili using spaghetti squash instead of spinach)
Egg with more pico… 2 pts
Pizza Quesadilla – ran out of spinach, so I added turkey pepperoni, red pepper strips, and fat free mozz cheese – 4 pts
Skittles – 4
Banana soft serve sprinkled with cinnamon – 0 pts (HERE is how I make this)
