Hungry Girl – Taco Bell Mexican Pizza

I knew when I saw this recipe from Hungry Girl, my boys would LOVE IT!

Click —> Let’s Talk About Mex’, Baby!

I tripled her recipe so it would make one mexican pizza for each of us.

It only took a couple of minutes to prepare the Boca Meatless Crumbles…

Stirred the taco seasoning into the taco sauce….

Gathered all of the toppings… refried beans, taco sauce, meatless crumbles, reduced fat cheese, and pico…

The boys helped me assemble the pizzas…

They turned out great… simple and tasty! Nice to know that we can have the taste of Taco Bell right in our own kitchen! :)

Each mexican pizza is 6 Points Plus!

I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!

I saw her email – I’m glad you tried it! These look good! I haven’t thought about Boca TVP in years!!! Wonder what the points value would be if these were made with ground turkey? Gonna have to get the stuff and try these for lunch! The boys are sooo cute cooking! ;)
