If I Had A Magic Eraser!

I would love to erase the last 2 days of junk food! We were so excited about the Texans being in the playoffs for the first time in franchise history! They overcame so many injuries and gave Houston such an awesome season of football! I was definitely sad to see them lose on Sunday.
Sunday morning started out great with a new recipe… Oatmeal Bake.

When we got home from church, Reece and Linda came over to watch the game with us…. Reece came with treats!!!

We made pizza-

And Reece left this here……..!!!!

And we made cookies….

Can we say train wreck of a day??? I had a huge headache and went to bed at about 4pm and didn’t wake up until 5:30am on Monday! Crazy!!
Monday:
Ran 5 miles at 6am with the running group!
Oatmeal bake for breakfast…

Protein waffle a little later…

Zone bar while taking Kody fishing….


Swiss turkey melt with tomatoes….
*153 burpees* (making up for Sunday too)

…. and then more cookies and ice cream…..

I feel your pain!
I’m not doing the WW point thingy but I am trying to eat nutritiously and approximately keep my daily caloric intake 1200-1400. Then a day like yesterday when we decide to go to the movie in the morning AND that means butter drenched popcorn. It’s my nemesis. Still, I always get a small. However, by the time I tack on the breakfast smoothie, light french silk ice cream, your tortilla pizza, a few late night crackers, etc, I hit 1800+. I didn’t get any exercise yesterday. I haven’t stepped on the scale so I’m doing a mind-body fat exorcism before I approach the scale.
My trainer called last night…she’s doing weigh in and measurements today!! Oh, brother, I’m in a heap of trouble!!
