It’s Good To Be Back :)

Hi Y’all!

It’s funny that it’s only been 5 days since my last “real” post because it feels like a lifetime ago! Daily blogging really does help me stay focused and motivated! Since the last time I checked in…. I turned 38!! Crazy!!

One of my BFF’s (Bethany) got me the best birthday present EVER! Hair cut, highlights and a deep conditioning treatment! :) I loved it and my roots thank her!! :) :) I added low lights back in so my hair looks a lot more natural….

Yes!!! I had cake! :)

And I’m back to my favorite Body Pump class!!! My muscles are feeling it today! I am so excited to be adding weights back into the mix. (I had taken some time off due to my shoulder injury) After my BP class, I did 40 minutes of elliptical.

At our 10K race last week, I had a sample of Honey Milk. I really liked it, so I picked up a bottle to drink while grocery shopping after the gym. It’s only 4 points plus for the Light version!

I enjoyed filling my cart with fresh fruits and produce! It had been days since I had gone to the grocery store and it’s always fun to stock up on the good stuff!

I even purchased some ALREADY CUT UP butternut squash to roast! Soooo yummy!  0 pts

Frozen Yogurt is back in the freezer!! Woohoo!! 3 pts

So February has already come and gone…… I printed out my new calendar and posted it to my mirror! Time to tackle a new month!! :)

I found a new flavor of Pico! Added it to my Egg Beaters and Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge…. 2 pts

Snacked on these throughout the day! 6 pts

Ended the night with a chicken, spinach, red pepper quesadilla – 5 pts

Looking forward to …………
